Last week for our date nite Kepa and I went out to eat at Nineteen Eighty One, Local Eatery & Bar, in Manukau. We’ve probably passed the restaurant a hundred times but I never really noticed!
LiveFit Trainer Week 1 →
As I mentioned in an earlier post, I’ve started Jamie Eason’s LiveFit program. It’s a 12 week program and I’m excited to go through it all and try it out. I also want to share my experiences here…
Workout
Day 8 of LiveFit Trainer:
wide pushups
dumbbell bench press
cable chest flyes
narrow pushups
tricep extension
tricep pushdown
3 x 12 of each.
Narrow pushups are so hard.
